We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the black-out blinds ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with the provision of glass water bottles instead of single-use plastic. The option to opt out of daily maid service was a great way to contribute to the environment. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including freshly squeezed orange juice, waffles, and both cooked and continental options. The staff were amazing - they spoke perfect English and were polite and cheerful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with a 5-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, making it quick and convenient to reach the inner city center.

We arrived late and the hotel was very accommodating, ensuring that our room reservation was protected. The staff was helpful and forthcoming throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued. They were quick to respond to our needs and provided excellent customer service. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Despite the small inconvenience of a building site nearby, the soundproofing was effective and we had a peaceful stay. The rooms were bright and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, providing a great start to our day.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The location was convenient, being right by the train tracks and within walking distance of the main station. The staff provided excellent service, helping us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the soundproofing, as we didn't hear any noise during our stay. it was a wonderful experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, right across the railway tracks and not far from the center. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I also loved the fact that there was a mini gym available. a fantastic experience.
One small drawback was the intermittent internet connection in the room.
